| Guidelines |
A. The student must earn no less than a B final grade.
B. The student must be a junior or senior to receive the Tech Prep College Credit Certificate.
C. The student must enroll at the higher education institution within two years of graduation from high school.
D. The student must present the certificate at the time of registration to receive credit for the course.

LOCAL CERTIFICATE
This Dakota County Technical College local Tech Prep College Credit (TPCC) certificate is based on a negotiated agreement between the high school and DCTC instructors. Agreements are reviewed yearly and renewed every two years. The certificate is available only to high school teachers who have a signed agreement on file with Dakota County Perkins Consortium. The list of certificates per high school can be viewed at
