Location:  Southwest Minnesota State University, Marshall

 Competitions Available to Students in Grades 9-12: 

Competitions (team and individual) offered in the past that are planned for this year include (subject to change or additions):

Interactive Events will also be a part of the day, where students will participate in various hands-on activities demonstrated by food industry and hotel/restaurant professionals.  

Students in grades 9-12 who wish to attend ONLY to participate in the interactive events and observe competitions (not actually compete in one of the events) would also register and pay the registration fee.   

*In case of inclement weather, the event will be held on March 26, 2009.

Registration Cost will be $10 per person – includes awards, refreshments & lunch.
